You're a Web Developer, but You Have Specializations

Inside the web development industry, you're a web developer, but you have specializations. You need to use the best tool for the job at the, at the right time for the right team. If your team is really good with react and you're all of a sudden like it's felt as great, I love felt. But if my team loves reacts, I'm not using felt. No matter how good it is, right? Because they're going to have to learn it. They would have to be very good business justification to do that. That's the mindset that you want on your team. It's almost not worth it to pursue that.
