The Three Friends of Job Approach to Reality

God sees the affliction of his people and uses this guy. This guy who, as we read in verse 24 did what was evil in the side of the Lord. God is not bound by our perceptions of how things should work. So can he use a, a Jeroboam to save Israel? Did a good for Israel? Of course he can. It's exactly, exactly what he does. But it is worth pointing out that the, the reason these good things were happening is because God saw the afflict of his people.
