In April 2016, the fire suppression system was further delayed because they needed to redesign the underground railway. A whistleblower on the airport project who had alerted the public to corruption had been poisoned. One of the heads of this project was caught receiving a 150,000 euro a bribe at a gas station. Chris: I just keep in flabbergasted. There is so much corruption.
