Agile Transformations

A lot of the clients that I worked with were like, it's a big green tractor farming company. And they get these consultants to do agile transformations. Because there's a lot of money to be made being in consultant to do agile transformation. Agile comes in and says, hey, there's all these practices and stuff that can help. But just because you're like, unreviewed, code changes go to production doesn't mean you're all the sudden an elite team.
