The Benefits of Stretching Exercises

I work with I do work with my clients with my students on stretching exercises. And you're less likely to do something that might harm you or hurt you and you're more likely to do an amount that will in fact be useful. So if it for example is a hamstring stretch they can very very quickly access that part of themselves once they've stopped tightening in the neck and shoulders, released in the back or softened their hip joints. They immediately get a different quality of release.
