There's an irony isn't there in health workers finding it so hard to eat healthily when on the job kind of because of the job. While some health care providers are trying to improve their offerings for the most part the onus does remain on the individual to make the right choices. Scott and Tom do you feel like you're armed with information about how to make healthier choices eight percent of the time? Be honest because it's really hard this isn't it really hard. Yeah I mean I think that I have the tools that I need to know what to do but for me it always goes back to that actually doing it when it's crunch time, they say.
