The Correlation Between Muscle Size and Strength

There wasn't really any meaningful correlation between vastest lateralis thickness and strength within any of the groups at any of the time points. The those correlation coefficients ranged from a negative zero point one to about zero point four, which are remarkably low for this type of thing. And so, long story short, i personally wouldn't this study as conclusively demonstrating that people with hypertfegs should do periods of nearmax training to improve growth.
