How Do Animals Repair Damage?

E, noit it's a great question. One of things that people have noticed in hibernators is that if you look at similarly sized species and ones at hibernated ones that don't, there's around of 30 to, sometimes up to 50 % life span extension for species that are able to hibernate. So these animals have optimized a lot of the pathways that we look at in turns of the canonical aging pathways that are studied in mans and also other model organisms. That's pretty exciting.
