The Consensus Driven Culture in Organizations
There's always a turning point in an organization where you basically change your way of operating. And the most common case is that the senior people are junior themselves and they don't effectively know how to leave. You can't run a consensus driven culture consensus driven organization at scale. So somewhere between one person and several hundred people, you've got to change it. Most people don't change it. Then there's the fear that comes in. It's too hard to changed it. Or that won't be liked. And then there's lack of skill as well.
