The Bidin Administration's Enthusiasm for Interventions in Somalia

The us is sending 700 special forces back into samalia now. The strange thing is that, and this sort of a democratic party reflexs, the less effectual they are domestically, the more enthused they get about interventions. It seems absurd. I mean, i don't claim to know anthing out of it, just seems absurd. But they do have some enthusiasm.
