How Can We Be Advocates for Change?
Thai: I spent many years being terrified thai was going to be fired, because we worked on annual contracts. We didn't have job security. If you are in that position, which i know a majority of us in academia are, push back. Stay and try to get that to happen. The world is racing to get back to normal and start meeting up in person again. But after the year we've all had, getting back to feeling normal takes time. Something like 50 % of americans struggle with their mental health. Talk space makes it easy to get that help.
