How to Ask for Something in Negotiation, Right?

Aubrey: You want to make sure that whatever you're asking for is reasonable. The support is possible that it's available. It's fair. Maybe not too bold, but you know, you can be bold. A lot of our students are working in English and maybe sending that email in English with all that grammar in there. We might be worried that we're making some mistakes, but we feel afraid to ask for help. Even native English language speakers do this.
