Dose-Based Formulary for Factor PCC

We don't get our i-narrs back you know as fast as we would want them to so often we'll at least start with 25 international units per kg not wait for the i-Narr. We're doing four factor PCC and depending upon the other concomitant issues whether somebody has a battle renal dysfunction or not if they do then we'll also do a dose of DDVD in addition. The bigger concern was after four hours that effect on 10a is actually going away but their study in XF4 does not elude to rebleading etc.
