This week go to one of our former poet laureates, poets, lauriate. The great sir john betchman. I wanted this poem set in westminster abbey. It's a lovely vocative poem written during the second world war. And now, dear lord, i cannot wait because i have a date for luncheon. How old was that poem? That was written during theSecond World War. What a treat to hear thy word where the bones of sta men are so often interred. Now i'll do it when i've done my sine-sine or special care - 89 cdugan square.
