The Importance of Being in a Good Team

I think right now I'm very fortunate to be in a place where all of those things sort of come together in a nice balance. There is something that's hard to replace about being in a good team. Being in a strong team of people who are motivated and know their job, that is definitely valuable. You know, sometimes when I'm teaching, I feel like I'm teaching myself just as much. It helps me feel like the world is just a little more logical and structured when there's a way that I have of understanding it.
