The way i recommend going about this is get everyone together, send out a shered spread sheet and describe the role that you're hiring for. And then literally have every one spend 30 to forty five minutes going through their linked in or their facebook or whatever,. Then thinking of everyone that could be a fit, and putting them into the spread sheet. Once that's done at triple bite il i shold then personally follow up with any one on that list who seems like a good candid or not. It works, works really, really well. You can kind of make it like a fun thing too. Rigt de it at the end of the week, just before our friday all hands
