Implementing Technology in a Paper Based Process
I would imagine you just drop in papers left and right, like you probably had jobs that got missed or jobs that weren't being done correctly because even with one piece of paper, it's really easy to lose it. And I assume there was plenty of that. You know, again, the employees are awesome. They had their methods with different colors, sticky tapes and paper clips and things like that. Yeah, implementing technology in kind of a paper based process can be challenging.
