Do You Know if You're in a Deficit?
I think the whole concept of calories mattering again we talk about that it still does but I mean, you can be in a deficit eating more calories if more calories come from protein. Protein intake, loosening increases fatty acid, utilization, arginine helps with inner to production, basal dilation, blood pressure,. all of these things. And I did reduce her carbohydrates, but she was largely calorie controlled. Her calories didn't change I reduced her fat and changed her pre and post nutrition timing. She would eat in an eight to nine hour window and it was like magic for her. The treatment has to match the severity the illness. All my patients have to do something different than men
