How Do You Prevent Nefarious Actors From Trying to Sabotage Them?
Administrative capacity is something that we really need to take into consideration. I'll never forget when new jersey was frantically looking around for people who could cote and cobl, which is like 60 year old programming language. The second thing i say that guide's part of that decision making. How do you prevent nefarious actors from trying to sabotage the policy golls? This is something we see particularly with programmes that are run through states where you might have governors who want to try to sabotage these programmes.
