The Tie Breaker - 60 Minutes or Shorter Than 60?

Ael, you're going to pick the time, and i'm going to pick over under on that. This time, 60 minutes. I don't want peoplewho ware like i should have gone 65, like a david in cord. My rational there is that if i feel like it's going to be 60,  mikhe'll just pick the under and i'll lose.
