Synology Hybrid RAID: A Better Way to Preserve Your Data
The Synology device is designed to preserve your data that's what it's designed to do. It has a web interface like you're using an operating system that lives inside of your browser there are windows that you can enlarge or minimize and resize them. You can have windows that overlay each other and modal dialogues and all of this stuff. The synology will copy the data back over for you and nothing's been lost but it's not going to be fast as people don't want 20 people serving data off of one drive so they need increased striping.
