Do You Really Need to Add More Omega 3 Fats to Your Diet?

I wanted to get your opinion on something I've been pondering a little bit lately. Omega 3 fats, are we sure that those are health promoting and it's not just that since we're in such a high Omega 6 environment these days? Like is our goal to add more Omega 3 fats to our diet or just cut down on the total amount of polyunsaturated fats in the diet? What's your opinion on that?Yeah, great question Matt. Let me give you some numbers here. I don't think anybody probably ever needs to supplement Omega 3. It doesn't make sense to me at all.
