How to Improve Your Design Skills

I'm eager to try on the Apple one to see what it's like. I am aware there is much more to the craft than what meets the eye. Understanding there's no one size fits all approach. Could you share some of those activities that you find beneficial for your skill improvement and how has your approach changed over the years? Do you have any daily practices as a designer that we have used that have impacted your career? And how has that changed over theyears?
