Walking Meditation - It's Just Moving and Feeling It
When we're not distracted, when it's simply being present, it's a completely effortless awareness. In the same way that you experience the ease of feeling the arm moving, no struggle, no problem, you're just moving the arm and feeling it. It doesn't take any particular effort at all. But it does take one particular capacity of mind to keep us in that simplicity. And that capacity of mind is mindfulness because if we're either moving our arms or legs or just moving about,. in the simplicity of simply feeling the movement, we're being here now.
