Is the End of This System Deflationary?
I wouldn't be surprised with the rally to $90 on WTI oil, but overall my thesis is for flat or negative oil prices. So that's how I can say these other macro experts on your structural bullish call on oil. No, this is not likely. And people that are new to my content, why is that? Because the end of this system is deflationary. It's a deflationary pressure as we have lower and lower productivity of debt. We have to add more debt, but that debt is used to pay off the debt. Plus it's not productively used to grow. That's what we're returning to.
