Milk was always my favorite drink growing up back then, in the late fifties, early sixties. The desirability factor of flavor was amazing when we were kids. And over time, we went to the gallon jug, which wasa kind of, you know, a move that allows light. Now we went to better pasturization, longer shelf life. That allowed that milk to sit there under light, causing oxidation and changing its flavor.
