Time Restricted Eating and Skipping Breakfast

In the last three, four years there have been a number of cool time restricted eating and lifespan studies. One study found that at least 40 percent of the life extending benefits of calorie restriction are due to having a longer daily fasting period. Courtney is running a large clinical trial to see if time restricted eating does slow the aging process. And then I think we kind of have to get a little clearer research-wise on how big those weight loss benefits are from time restricted eating.
