Is There a Safe Harbor?
I'd love to talk about this regulatory catch 22 that the crypto industry is facing and your proposed safe harbor. Is there a system in place for that now, or is that something that could be developed? When we do do retroactive review of our rules. But sometimes we get so caught up in doing new rule making that we don't necessarily go backn think carefully about existing rules. So my, my suggestion would be to wait to do a retroective review until you've had a couple of years of experience with the rule.
