The Potential for a Settlement of Sorts Between Russia and China

I don't think that the Russians are capable of doing another large scale offensive for the rest of this year. There is a group of equipment, not a small group either, that is unaccounted for and I don't know where it's at. Russia's trying to go around to the few allies that it has, whether that's Iran or North Korea to help them. None of what's been supplied have been a game changer.
