The EU's Horizon Research Programme: Can the EU Stop the Science Brain Drain?
Rishi Sunak has been told to stop fiddling with the UK as science burns by one of the country's top scientists. This comes as a UK's been offered a draft deal to rejoin the EU's 81 billion pound Horizon research programme. But according to a Whitehall source in the newspaper, they're saying Sunak's prepared to walk away from the deal if it does not offer the value for money.
