The Chips Act Will Make Us More Secure

The chips act is going to send about $50 billion to an industry. The rest of the money will go towards more spending on R&D and next generation technologies. I suspect that when we look back in 20 years or 25 years, it'll actually not have been the manufacturing but the increase in R&D spend. It's not only about today, it's also about tomorrow.
