The State Legislature or the State Courts?
There's still some legal questions involved, but basically the debid administration can continue ing to shut it down. The question is this, who gets the last word when there's an election? Ute? Is it the state legislature or the state courts? This has implications for presidential elections, for congressional elections, for redistricting and absentee balloting. If you really believe that the state legislature is independent, then they are really going to have the final word on all these questions.
