I've re-engaged with the the Asana practice and the Pranayama practice. I usually find if I take a little 15-minute nap beforehand that seems to do the trick. It gives you a different kind of refreshed feeling in the morning on waking up. caffeine is supposed to keep you connected from your mind from wandering off but it can also make you drowsy as well.
