Water Industry - What Kind of Water System Do You Need?
My beef with the way in which the companies are going forward is that, in a serious sense, they're asking the wrong question. What sort of water system do you need in the face of climate change? And just edging forward and saying, you know what, we're going to rach it up the leakage reduction target by a couple of % doesn't start to address those questions. Dit's true of our electricity system too. You know, we need a decarbonized, 20 first century electricity system. We've left these issues, and the last time they were dealt withe by the victorians. It's about time we got on to a 20 first century atform
