The Manigitis

Chemical manigitis, under you your categories, due to a dermoid or epidermoid sist. Can be at least tentatively diagnosed on a suspicion based on a mary imaging with contrast. Another cause i don't think i've ever diagnosed is a a chemical manigitis in the base of the brain. There are other sists, of course, that can occur in the area of thebase of the brain,. like craneo pringiomas or rathkes pouch scists, that can also cause chemical managitis.
