Is Fasting an End in Itself?
Fasting is not an end in itself. It's pray the rosary for, fast for, you know, like what is the for? Like what is the purpose underlying why we're undertaking these spiritual disciplines? So that would be kind of the last one I wanna mention is just making fasting in and itself. And really losing sight of scripture is to lead us to Christ, like communion with Christ.
