How to Design Good Metrics for Your Organization

Most organizations add the metrics that are easy to measure, rather than the metrics that match the values of the organization. That would mean that as designers, we actually have to push more towards having the organization choose the metric that matches their values. We should probably be the ones who are calling to meetings where we discuss our values. At least that should be something that is part of the process and the sign as well.
