The Importance of Jeremiah's Prophecies
Jeremiah 15-16: God tells Jeremiah that because of all the evil done under the reign of King Manasseh, the people will face four types of destruction. The Lord reminds him, there will be a remnant, and his message now is important for their future restoration. As followers of Christ, so do we. We learn from the judgment and discipline found in Jeremiah's prophecies; it leads to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
