The Importance of Language and Conversation in Psychological Thinking

Children are natural psychologists that is the capacity to attributing desires beliefs intentions to other people. Is it something that comes naturally to children or does it have to be taught in some way? I wouldn't want to say that the whole set of concepts are engaging in psychological thinking about people is there in a newborn baby so we have plenty of evidence that this is a slowly constructed set of concepts which see becoming more rich and more elaborate from birth onwards.
