And e, you know, all the lowest boats are ought up by the raising tide to some minimum level. In terms of education and the labor markets, a lot of times when people say Equal Opportunity they mean treating everyone exactly the same. But is that really equalizing their opportunity if children come into school with different learning needs? Right?

Michael speaks with University of Texas (Austin) professor of clinical psychology and Director of the Developmental Behavior Genetics Lab, Kathryn Paige Harden, about her book, The Genetic Lottery.
