Python 11

Cinder is currently based on python three dot eight. We're working on uprading it to three dot ten, but there's some changes in the underlying dictionary and in other things between three dot eight an now three dot te alpha. The shift from ten to 11, there's a big performance boose. It's sort of coming along there. If it appears, it'll be in three 12, probably.
