Is There a Spring Summer El Nino?
Every 89 years, the US Midwest tends to have a 100 year drought. Only two times out of 14 didn't occur in the following year. That means you have a 7% chance that a spring summer El Nino was going to occur based upon statistics. The preponderance of the historical statistics suggests that El Nino will likely be delayed until the fourth quarter and really be in a 2024 phenomenon.
