Madeline: Showing up for your daughter and showing her how proud you are of her from a young age will go so far. Confidence is more than looks, it sets you up for that barrier where if you're on Instagram, you see this beautiful woman You're not comparing yourself to her or hating yourself for seeing her beauty. She's an incredible person who has all these things going for her but at the end of the day she should focus on being confident in herself. Madeline: I think resilience is definitely at the top of the list as well like being able to adapt to whatever adversity is thrown our way.
