A big cohuna that i think, on our end has yet to be really faced up to is the issue of emotional regulation. The that is what causes 90 % of our unhappiness when we enter adulthood. And these are cultures, you know, within these corporations, that are based so often not on how good you are at what you do, they're based how well you blend in socially.
