Heritage USA would be a Christian themed amusement and water park. It would be built in Fort Mill, South Carolina on 2300 acres with a total projected cost of $25 million. Jim Baker's nearly billion-dollar organization apparently could not afford it without some help from his loyal viewers. He offered what he called lifetime partnerships to 25,000 people in exchange for a $1,000 donation. These lifetime partners would receive guarantees of up to three nights of free lodging at Heritage USA every single year for the rest of their lives.
