The Implications of the Wyoming Dow Law

In Wyoming, any organization that seeks to establish itself as a Dow LLC must provide articles of organization. And those articles must meet certain criteria that are listed in the Wyoming decentralized autonomous organization's supplement. It seems like the biggest opportunity for improvement upon this law would be to cover the upgradability of the Dow and how that is conducted. Is it more on the devs themselves to address that issue? Yeah, I believe that I'm an advocate for safe harbors. The court should, or the legislator should leave it open and then Devs should work within that range.
