Is Running Transformative?

Running is unique in that sense where there's just something about it like that really can transform people. I don't see that in other forms of exercise at all. People, after a run, their levels of cordisol,. you know, go decrease a their levels on of adrenalin decreasing - which are typically part of the stress response. And i think what you're doing is, your almost simulating a lot of those micro stressers where we're experiencing every day, but your body is better than before.
