Is Exercise Helping Eating Disorders?
Exercise can be a stress-releasing and anxiety reducer. It has to be with moderation, like I was talking about earlier. When it's overtaking, I think it definitely causes more harm than good. We don't have to go to the gym or run 45 minutes on the treadmill to be a quote unquote exercise.
