I joined in December of 2016 at Muckrack and I was a customer success strategist at the time so what that meant is I was essentially doing a little bit of everything as it related to our post sale motion. Being part of the whole customer life cycle or customer journey really helped me understand how important it is to make sure that someone is ultimately responsible for each part of it.
