The issue with utilities is they have all this fixed infrastructure. They pay for it by selling electricity, and what happens is people start dropping out of the system. And so that's the death spiral that utilities start to see coming. The savvy ones in the US, as soon as they start seeing a little bit of solar starting to happen in a market, they start talking to regulators and saying, we need to stop it.
